Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center (RSLEC) is located at 1350 N. Wells Avenue, Reno, NV 89512. The 2025 WGRF will be held in the indoor arena and colosseum.
Contestant Registration
WGRF eligibility is by invitation - contestants ranked in the top 20 of each event for the 2025 rodeo season will earn an invitation to WGRF. IGRA will post World Point standings to the IGRA website withing five (5) days after the last rodeo of the season. Eligible contestants must email or call Tommy Channel after receiving your invitation at admin.assistant@igra.com.
Contestant Registration will be held from 5 PM - 7PM, Friday, October 10, 2025 in the Grand Exhibition Hall - lower level of the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, 407 N. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89501.
Contestant entry fees, per 2025 IGRA Rodeo Rules: RULE VIII.4 - REGISTRATION: Entry fees for Finals Rodeo will be thirty dollars ($30.00) per event, per go-round, per person and will be combined with any contestant money held in escrow. All this money will be distributed as contestant day money.
Buddy passes will be available at contestant registration only. No Buddy Passes will be available after close of registration. No replacement Buddy Passes will be issued if the original is lost, stolen or destroyed. Buddy Passes are $60 and will allow access to rodeo and dances.

Parking at RSLEC: Contestants will be given a parking pass during contestant registration and will park in the North parking lots. Public Parking will be directed to the South and Southwest parking lots and will be charged $10 parking fee, collected by the City of Reno.
Camping at RSLEC: RV and camper parking & hookups are available to the public by reservation only through the RSLEC website or calling the RSLEC rodeo office at 775-329-3877.
Contestants with RV, campers, or horse trailer with living quarters will be in a reserved area behind the horse stalls and are not open to the public. Contestants must contact Assistant Rodeo Director, Weston Crow-Tucker, to reserve and pay the required fee. Camping fee in the contestant-only spaces is $50 per night. Spaces have water and 30A/50A electrical connection. Sewer connection is available and is an additional $5 per night.
Contestant badges, received at contestant registration on Friday night, will grant you admittance to the rodeo both Saturday and Sunday and the Friday/Saturday/Sunday evening dances at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino lower-level Grand Exhibition Hall.
IGRA Royalty Competition on all nights is FREE at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, lower-level Grand Exhibition Hall.
NO SMOKING WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE COLOSEUM OR RODEO ARENA.
A designated outdoor smoking patio is located at the southeast corner of the colosseum and is a designated smoking area only; no exit or access to the stalls or other grounds.
Pets are allowed at RSLEC AND must be on leash at all times and owners must clean up after them.
Main Colosseum doors will open to the public at 10AM. Rodeo events will begin at 11AM (subject to change at registration). Grand Entry is planned for 12PM-Noon. Tickets - Event Passes: Tickets can be purchased online at www.gay-rodeo.net, or at each event:
All-Event Weekend Pass $120 (both days rodeo and all evening dances)

Awards Ceremony<br> Awards ceremony is planned to begin at 8PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, lower-level Grand Exhibition Hall. El Jefe's Cantina in Circus-Circus Hotel & Casino has set aside an area for IGRA contestants, officials and guests to enjoy dinner at a reasonable price and is conveniently located one floor above the Grand Exhibition Hall where awards will be held. Please join the IGRA Rodeo Family for a complimentary dessert and cake cutting celebration in the Awards Hall at 7:30 PM.
