The Host Hotels are in The Row Hotel Complex, which is in Downtown Reno, NV, and consists of three interconnected hotels: Silver Legacy, Circus-Circus, and the Eldorado. 

A courtesy bus from/to the airport is available. 

Hotel Parties will be in the Grande Exposition Hall in the lower level of the Silver Legacy Hotel & Casino.

When you make your hotel reservation you will be charged for the first night plus tax. At the conclusion of your stay, you will also be charged for the first nights Resort Fee plus tax.

Circus-Circus Hotel was recently remodeled, features larger rooms and is only a few minutes farther walk to get to the Grande Exposition Hall.

IGRA History Bus Tour Information

Fallon History Event:  Thursday October 9, 2025. Depart Silver Legacy 12:00pm - Arrive Silver Legacy 5:00pm. This is a sponsored history event that includes a free bus trip to Fallon. It will include a hosted examination of the factual historical importance of the 1988 IGRA Finals to the story of the IGRA. Relevant history,  personal interviews will tell the real story. Group discussion will assess the implications of that event in today’s environment. Details and location TBD.  Limited attendance available with pre-registration reservations.

Two days of WGRF 2025 rodeo at Reno-Sparks Livestock Event Center which is 1.7 miles from The Row (Saturday & Sunday)

Three nights of the IGRA Royalty Competition at The Row, will be free admission. (Thurs-Sat, 7pm-10pm)

Four nights of dancing at The Row (Thursday - Sunday)

Three days of dance workshops at the Grande Exposition Hall that will take place during the day on Friday - Sunday.

Four days and nights to visit with old IGRA friends and the Saturday night 50 Years of Gay Rodeo – The Golden Year Dance, and any related IGRA reunion activities.

Single event tickets will be available at the door of each rodeo, dance, or dance workshop event (based on capacity restrictions) Not available online.
