Vendor Application - October 22-25th 2026
Booth placement will be available on a first paid/first placed basis. The International Gay Rodeo Association assumes no responsibility for items lost/stolen/or damaged during the rodeo or items left overnight. Electrical outlets are available but must be requested in advance. You may set up your booth at any time after 1 0am on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026. Please check in with the vendor contact for booth placement and vendor passes. Vendors must provide tables and chairs.
